Classwork: Using the notes you took on "Tuesday of the Other June," complete a Lightning Round by writing the rough draft of your Open-Ended Question step by step and using the Essay corrections sheet to edit your work.

Each time you complete a step you must bring that completed work to Mr. Beckwith for verification. If he says that it is done correctly, you may move on to the next step, but if he gives you corrections, you must rewrite your work and repeat the process.

Step 2 - write the answer to the question

Step 3 - Cite evidence from the text to support your answer

Step 4 - Explain fully WHY YOUR CITATION SUPPORTS YOUR ANSWER

Step 5 - Summarize your answer

Tuesday of the Other June is on page 206 of the Literature textbook.

Open-Ended Question - Why do you think June never told her mother about what was happening with the Other June? Use at least one direct quotation from the text to support your response. Use RACER format and all grammar rules to write your response.
